How is Utep a diversity school?? Utep is in a city where the majority is hispanics/ latino. So it's no surprise that there is a lot of Spanish speaking students that go to Utep.

Why are they demolishing a building just to build another one that does the same thing? Explain to me how that makes sense??? That new build is costing $110 million, and how much is it going to cost to demolish the old building?? Plus aren't the old buildings part of history??
