SFA has players closer to UTEP’s level, than we do to Texas’ level
Obviously the game is over. But I prefer points on the board to a shut out.
Oh, and everyone still here, including myself, needs psychiatric help. Why do we hate ourselves so much to keep watching this?

It looks like the missed tackles on defense are primarily coming from JC transfers. It's obvious that this coaching staff is quite desperate by bringing in so many JC transfers. Most of the time there is a reason that JC players go that route and it isn't always because of grades.
What is the Helmet Sticker award system? Gavin has 14 and looks like Deion has about 16. If they were to go undefeated they would each have around 200 stickers. Seems like pretty generous praise
If UTEP didn't field a football team, would UTEP be able to field an athletic program? If so, what programs would UTEP be able to field?
One is for being able to tie your shoes, another for chewing gum and walking at the same time...looks like Awatt didn’t get a helmet sticker for that one.
Men’s soccer, baseball, and hockey (that hockey club has won a lot). Can’t have those with football due to title 9 compliance (which UTEP is barely complying with anyway).
Hankins probably pissed they didn't punch that last score last week... funny teams like Texas don't care about running up scores...

UTEP needs to do what SFA did and produce turnovers during scoring drives to stop the scoreboard from being so lopsided.

Completely different situation. There is still another half of football to play. I guarantee that if Texas has the ball at the end of the game they'll take a knee to run out the clock.

Coach Herman at the halftime said, "We need to get the run game going"! Well if you only run 15 times and throw it 32 times that's not the way to do it, unless of course you're just trying to run up the score.
