There's no telling how long the wait is to become the next head coach of UTEP Basketball.
It will be a good thing if he gets the NMSU job. In the meantime while Floyd is here, Greg can gain experience and if he is doing good we can hire him away from NMSU like UNM did with Weir.
I doubt that Foster gets the job, but it would be good to see him get some experience in a Head Coaching position.
On a side note, it's interesting that Weir is personally responsible for paying his buy-out to NMSU. UNM does not pay it for him. Things might get a little more ugly between NMSU and Weir, as apparently he has his lawyers trying to get him out of paying it:
