Infected kids were not quarantining, that is true. A city council member stated about these parties that was not confirmed.

In two weeks I’m sure we’ll see a massive uptick in cases. It seems like everyone was celebrating July 4th yesterday.
I know Mask are a big part of what we do these days, buy the infections are skyrocketing. Are mask not working? Or is it the testing? Protest? Non-Compliance? Seems to me like alot of people are doing their part and this thing keeps accelerating.
I think its more testing, younger population now getting infected and non-compliance.
I would guess a combo of more testing and fewer people taking it as seriously. More people are out and about than in March/April
Its not the politicians anyway. Its the dumbass people not following rules.
