Hate to break it to you but no one likes to pay overtime.
Exactly. I worked for the Newspaper for 25 years. I was told by management to schedule properly because WE DON'T PAY OVERTIME.
When they do budgets, they do not include ANY overtime in projections. It's a budget breaker.
As a small business owner, I hire part time employees so no overtime is paid because I can't afford it.
Typical. Take things out of context.
Worked in the grocery business all my life, overtime was extremely frowned on. I was on management and if we had to much overtime, we were gone.
