so how much of a threat are they to the rest of Texas?? Recruiting wise and other things??? They were National Champions in FCS. In the CUSA board some North Texas fan was throwing a fit that CUSA picked Sam Houston State. I think they could really do good just imagine them getting better players??

I know recruiting service ratings aren't the most trustworthy....
But according to this, for 2021 class only one 3 star, everyone else no stars.

But now that they're FBS and close to Houston, I imagine they can only get better recruits.

Pro - With the transfer portal they will still get good players. Great Head Coach

Con - They need to get better fan support. The students also just voted down a fee increase to upgrade athletics.
