Alex Delton's time as a UTEP commitment ended at 19 days.
Delton, a part-time starter at Kansas State, had announced he was going to take a graduate transfer to UTEP and would be eligible immediately. But Tuesday evening, he went back to Twitter to say he had changed his mind and would play for TCU.
"Change of plans. I will be finishing my final year at TCU. Excited to get started!!!"

He initially announced his commitment to UTEP in a Dec. 27 tweet.
UTEP still returns two players who started last season at quarterback, incumbent Kai Locksley and Brandon Jones, who took over when Locksley got hurt.
