If that's not a cold splash of arctic water in the face?! I'm waiting for next week to see how UTEP does at USM. If UTEP does pull the upset at USM, UTEP then plays Rice at the Sun Bowl and it will be interesting to hear what Kugler has to say about the UTEP fans if that scenario were to arise? Critics, fair weather, loyal, hard core, whatever; this is FBS football and you have to put butts in the seats. He's alienated fans (including long time season ticket holders) and his little Kugler style barb he threw out last week may be no big deal and is no big deal to him, but the feeling appears to be mutual in El Paso.
