I've seen a lot of practices under Kugler, that should change when the pads come out from my experiences, but it does raise the question if they are legit trying to open things up.

I'll be up at the scrimmage this Sunday, we'll see....

Started with 3 WR (Batson, Juniel and Redix) and one RB Dove, then went with 2 TEs (Napier and Lucero). No fullback

-Hillary and Bill have decided they are retiring from national politics.

-That damned street car project linking downtown EP to the Cincy District & UTEP will be finished very soon.

-Downtown El Paso finally gets it new state of the art multi use facility for all sorts of venues and sports activities after close to 30 years of futility.

-Tim Floyd gets UTEP to the NCAA's.....finally! (What?! It's not illegal to dream!)

All this will happen before we see Kugler "open up the play book". Throwing to Kavika and dumps to the rb is not "opening up the playbook".
