It's evident that my putting the nitwits on ignore has curtailed my anger and made my days more pleasant. I have suggested countess times that the rest of you do the same. It will improve your quality of life and ruin theirs.

But when LED was proposed as an alternate midway through the construction process, the facility operators convinced administrators that they needed to look to the future and go with an LED solution.
Despite a disappointing 2-9 season on the field in 2017, ACU fans, coaches and players celebrated the return of Wildcat football to campus under the lights of their new $50 million stadium.
As ACU prepared for the 2018 season, they were pleasantly surprised to experience another benefit of the smart Ephesus All-Field LED fixtures. An innovation to the AirMesh system they had installed, as part of their LED solution, now allowed them to upgrade the system to include dynamic scenes and fan entertainment functionality.
It’s amazing to finally have a home of our own at the new Wildcat Stadium. The facility is great all around and engages the community and student body in a new way while providing an excellent experience for our athletes. The sports lighting has exceeded our expectations for overall quality and uniformity while the addition of the special effect lighting scenes takes the fan experience to a whole new level,” said Drew Long, Associate Director of Athletics for Internal Operations.
Now that “future-proofed” adaptable LED sports lighting has arrived, here are four concerns that facility operators no longer face when evaluating the benefits of switching to an LED sports lighting solution.

I understood it. 2-2 is a realistic goal. Dimel has only beat a FCS school and a 2-11 Rice team. Beating an average Sun Belt team on the road is far fetched.

Both of you and all of us have reason to be pessimistic about UTEP fb games but in Dimel's 3rd year we have every right to expect a better team, one that should be able to win 2 of the 1st 4 and compete very well vs ULM and even win that game. ULM likely would have had an easy time with UTEP last season but they have only one starting o-lineman back and will be breaking in a new qb, as will UTEP. Should be rated a tossup if Dimel has an improved team, and he better.

Sure, I expect them to be better. Is beating ULM possible? Yes, they’re not Texas. Do I think beating ULM is likely? Not at this point. Blow out SFA and ACU, don’t get obliterated by Texas, then I could change my mind about winning that game.

So you’re saying ULM is equal to Texas? It’s realistic to believe your home team has a chance to compete with a team that’s rated 6 spots above you. An automatic loss without seeing how either team looks is a negative take.
I’m not saying they are, and I never said ULM was an “automatic loss”. Baby steps. UTEP needs to win home games versus FCS teams before we can realistically “expect” to win road games.
Go and look at the last 50 years and see how many non-conference road wins we have over teams not named NMSU and UNM. They’re rare.
According to his logic all road FBS games are automatic losses. That means our third win will come at home vs either 7 win Charlotte, 6 win FIU, 9 win UAB, or 4 win UNT. When was the last time we beat an FBS team at home? I don’t know why he’s so optimistic. He should be more realistic.
No one is expecting or predicting a win. I’m simply saying it’s not an automatic loss and the goal should be 3-1. A moderate realistic take that you gotta shit on.
