That’s the off week before our road trip to Ruston.
Right, but also means they’re not trying to schedule anyone on the date too.

It's evident that my putting the nitwits on ignore has curtailed my anger and made my days more pleasant. I have suggested countess times that the rest of you do the same. It will improve your quality of life and ruin theirs.I've never brought up what I do for a living or my bank account. I made a statement yesterday because you keep bringing up something I said several weeks ago that 80k doesnt go very far in most cities. Which is absolutely true. Nobody would argue that except a dumbass looking to always derail threads.
I couldnt care less how much money you make you make or anyone else on this board makes. You always say that people who make alot of money have to be in massive debt. Which is an absurb thing to say. That infers you dont make much money. If you make alot good for you.
You fill this board with political bullshit. Before you came back with your newest incarnation we avoided politics on this board for the most part. Someone last year called out 2step for talking about Trump and to his credit he stopped.
Most of us come on this board for one thing to talk about UTEP athletics. Everyone on here knows we suck right now across the board in athletics. We have lived it for three years. There are no sunshine pumpers on this board. We suck yet we still have wonky strategic discussions about football and basketball. We break down recruiting. Most of donate to the school because we want them to win.
You and your partner no wins do nothing but pedal in tragedy porn. You dont care about UTEP. You're here to start shit about everything because you have nothing better to do. You have no solutions. You're nothing but a troll.

There is one thing that ACU already have an advantage over UTEP:
Both of these scenarios played out at Abilene Christian University’s newly constructed Wildcat Stadium. The new 12,000-seat venue, which brought football back to campus for the first time since 1942 was originally designed with a metal halide sports lighting system. But when LED was proposed as an alternate midway through the construction process, the facility operators convinced administrators that they needed to look to the future and go with an LED solution.
Despite a disappointing 2-9 season on the field in 2017, ACU fans, coaches and players celebrated the return of Wildcat football to campus under the lights of their new $50 million stadium.
As ACU prepared for the 2018 season, they were pleasantly surprised to experience another benefit of the smart Ephesus All-Field LED fixtures. An innovation to the AirMesh system they had installed, as part of their LED solution, now allowed them to upgrade the system to include dynamic scenes and fan entertainment functionality.
It’s amazing to finally have a home of our own at the new Wildcat Stadium. The facility is great all around and engages the community and student body in a new way while providing an excellent experience for our athletes. The sports lighting has exceeded our expectations for overall quality and uniformity while the addition of the special effect lighting scenes takes the fan experience to a whole new level,” said Drew Long, Associate Director of Athletics for Internal Operations.
Now that “future-proofed” adaptable LED sports lighting has arrived, here are four concerns that facility operators no longer face when evaluating the benefits of switching to an LED sports lighting solution.

We received a bid for their sleeping rooms and catering so it looks like the will be coming. Are they rumored to come or are they a sure thing? Are they instead of or in addition to the rumored game with SFA?
Perfect time to reach out, here's to hoping (i guess)
All rumored ooc opponents should be confirmed soon.
SFA
@ Texas
ACU
@ ULM
3-1 is the goal.
It's the goal. In case you didn't understand what I wrote. In the next “72 hours” ?
Monroe went 5-7 last year and nearly upset Florida State. Are you sure that’s a winnable game?

I respect your opinion. I'm not chalking up an automatic loss to a team that’s only rated 6 spots ahead of us.I understood it. 2-2 is a realistic goal. Dimel has only beat a FCS school and a 2-11 Rice team. Beating an average Sun Belt team on the road is far fetched.

not sure I like the opener at home before the Texas game. I guess we don't have a choice.
Ok dude it’s an automatic loss. Is that what you want to read? While we’re at it so is every conference game. Yeppy 2-10! Or should I only give them one FCS win? Please tell me what to write that will make you happy. As do I yours, but I will wait and see if we can even beat SFA before I think beating a FBS team on the road is possible.
Both of you and all of us have reason to be pessimistic about UTEP fb games but in Dimel's 3rd year we have every right to expect a better team, one that should be able to win 2 of the 1st 4 and compete very well vs ULM and even win that game. ULM likely would have had an easy time with UTEP last season but they have only one starting o-lineman back and will be breaking in a new qb, as will UTEP. Should be rated a tossup if Dimel has an improved team, and he better. As do I yours, but I will wait and see if we can even beat SFA before I think beating a FBS team on the road is possible.

There’s a difference between a goal of 3-1 and an automatic loss like you say. Sorry if I don’t treat ULM like a conference champion that is returning their entire roster. The other day, you were shitting on the QB, now today we’re good enough to win on the road and you’re upset because I don’t feel the same? Take your midol and maybe you’ll feel better.

Naw man. I just wanna make sure my comments are negative enough to gain No Wins approval.Woof! Triggered much?
Knowing him he will take the contrarian approach and argue why we will win 3 games this year.you gotta be really negative for that to happen

So you’re saying ULM is equal to Texas? It’s realistic to believe your home team has a chance to compete with a team that’s rated 6 spots above you. An automatic loss without seeing how either team looks is a negative take. It’s negative to you, but I call it realistic. Shouldn’t the goal be 4-0. You yourself indicated a goal of 3-1, if you weren’t being “negative”, the goal is 4-0. It’s okay to be “negative” towards the Texas game though right?
I think going 3-9 this year is possible, I don’t expect it though.

According to his logic all road FBS games are automatic losses. That means our third win will come at home vs either 7 win Charlotte, 6 win FIU, 9 win UAB, or 4 win UNT. When was the last time we beat an FBS team at home? I don’t know why he’s so optimistic. He should be more realistic. You being way too positive
No one is expecting or predicting a win. I’m simply saying it’s not an automatic loss and the goal should be 3-1. A moderate realistic take that you gotta shit on.I’m not saying they are, and I never said ULM was an “automatic loss”. Baby steps. UTEP needs to win home games versus FCS teams before we can realistically “expect” to win road games.
Go and look at the last 50 years and see how many non-conference road wins we have over teams not named NMSU and UNM. They’re rare.

btw first game that comes to mind is ULL who’s historically much better than ULM.
18% capacity for home games. ~ 9,000
but you'll wait for hours for a stupid autographNo way would I wear a mask for 3 hours in the heat to watch UTEP football.
