I remember back when I was a kid, UTEP used to be competitive with NMSU in basketball.... Now UTEP has lost 9 of the last 10 games against NMSU and UTEP has lost 6 games in a row to NMSU! Ouch!

NMSU just has too many competititve advantages. That and the fact that we always play them in the beginning of the year, which is when Coach Floyd tinkers. Don't worry guys it's early. We got the talent. Patience. Hey did you hear WKU is having a pretty nice beginning of the season, they should give Floyd a raise for playing in such a hard conference.
