Every local I’ve met has nothing but good things to say about El Pasoens. There’s a very friendly relationship between Austin and El Paso.We all know you people in Austin don't consider El Paso to be in Texas.
He could just say, "Anywhere in Texas, in the Central Time Zone." That way he could avoid calling out El Paso by name.
Risk tolerance is the key.
CUSA wants to play. An AC/DC "Highway to hell" approach:

Looking foward or back this will define CUSA football as either a stupid decision or a risk that pays dividends.
