This offense is trash. You had 3 time outs and you pass, and then on 3rd down run Jones. Jones throws a pick and is allowed to come back, yet Kai gets one freaking play. They should give those Jucos QBs a look... They had a chance, but the 2nd half of the 2nd qtr has been garbage.
How can a coaching staff be so fvcking inept at identifying a QB who can actually throw the ball down field? I don’t get it.
It’s tough watching those two direct the offense. Both guys are disasters waiting to happen and neither can take command of the offense.
That Nevada 3rd stringer has a ton of zip on the ball. Jones and Locksley throw like they are in the backyard with their kid and they don’t want to hurt them.
How does Reno have three capable guys to play fbs qb and we can’t convince someone out there to come start and be a star in El Paso?

Exactly! Good question. Hell, a star sounds so far out, I’d settle for a qb that can throw a decent ball down field, has above average football IQ and can manage a game.

Nevada has Ross in their sights. He bailed out UTEP on last drive but the ball was overthrown. Ross has to get his stuff together.

UTEP should be in complete control of this game. Dumb penalties and costly interceptions have them down 7 at the half.
