Endured the game today and met a couple of fellow Miner fans. We all commented about how poor Northwestern’s Ryan stadium is compared to the Sun Bowl. It’s 97 years old and looks it. The Sun Bowl blew it away, even with all its deficiencies.

You're right. Northwestern was on track to start construction on a new stadium following this season, but I don't know where that stands with the current turmoil with the program.

I love the Sun Bowl. I've said it before and some of you thought I was crazy. The Sun Bowl isn't the problem.
