Kugler didn't recruit athletes, he gave scholarships to a bunch of D2 and D3 players thinking he could yell them into becoming Earl Cambell and Brian Urlacher.

It's going to take a complete roster turnover and multiple years to get us to where we want.

Reggie Mitchell our RB coach. He has been a position coach at P5 programs every year since 1988 before he came to UTEP. He has been known as a very good recruiter and I am sure he had a big role in Hankins, Goodwin, and that WR from Houston giving verbal commits here.
