Transfers sit out a year usually. Someone able to look at the NCAA Basketball handbook/advise? I’m not being sarcastic!
CRT is more than holding his own against some of the big boys. I really like the type of athlete he has been pursuing and I’m pleasantly shocked at some of the recruiting battles he’s winning. I was wrong.

Terry is unbelievable with the quality of these signees. The only negative
is that we have to wait till 2019 to see Tarke. Need to cheat and get him on the floor this year.

Off of a Terrible year, Terry has stole recruits away from the likes of Pudue, Texas A&M, Houston, S. Carolina, Butler now Maryland! Great Job

Regular transfers have to sit out a year and this has always been the case. You guys must be big sports fans.....
Grad transfers are eligible right away and players hit by post season bans are usually eligible to play right away too. All those players that left Floyd had to sit out a year as well.
Same goes for football.
Hopefully we will hear good news regarding Bryson Williams soon. Adding him to the frontcourt with Tarke would give us a formidable duo in a couple of years. Then Terry can begin filling in with freshmen behind them to allow them to mature, but still win in the short term. Plus, we still have room to add more guys for next season.
We need a another big guy to seal this recruiting period.

He might not be able to contribute this year but he sure will help our starters stay sharp during practice.
Tarke a much better recruit than Likelele in my opinion. Has proved himself as a scorer already at this level, is a solid rebounder, and at his size will be a better perimeter defender. Add to the fact he gets a year to improve and get stronger. Tarke is a massive get.

That’s true, but Likelele might become an exceptional player. You’re getting pretty much a known quantity in Tarke. Tarke is a safer bet, but it’s not like UTEP had a choice in the matter. Tarke has established himself played Kennesaw St and Stetson, not like he was killing Arizona and Gonzaga.
I bet if Likelele had committed and Tarke would have gone elsewhere, your comment would be reversed.

I think we will be a really good team really soon. Maybe even for the 2019-2020 season. Coach Terry is doing an amazing job. These are recruits that good schools want and we are getting them. It's a great feeling. A feeling I haven't had in the last 3 or 4 years of the Floyd Regime.
Still alot to happen, but how does this 2019 starting 5 sound....
G- Evan Gilyard
G- Isaiah Osborne
F- Anthony Tarke
F- Bryson Williams
C- Kaosi Ezeagu.... Sounds Good to me!
That lineup looks solid to me as well. Obviously, a key would be how Ezeagu develops, primarily on the offensive end. He is raw and young, but has nice physical tools. It just takes time for big men to develop. The other four should be able to compete at a high level in CUSA; potentially all conference type guys. Great start in a short time by Terry. I am looking forward to what he can put together in the Spring.
