Bama offers rule us out. Seriously though, it would ne nice if we could compete for some football players more than once or twice a year. Hopefully we can get there again soon.
There's only so many schools that we can compete with on the recruiting trail. We're going to have to rely on uncovering gems and player development.
We once beat out Louisiana for a qb. He never saw the field and is now at a CC.
Good for him. We have other needs with our top 4 running backs returning (so far).
380 lbs? Good lord. He can play 2 positions at the same time. And 6'8". We will need a 7' qb to see over him.

I’m just giving you shit, 2step. Hence my emoji. I did recognize MP31’s handle, but I never would have guessed he’s been around that long so I decided to take a look.
This sounds too good to be true. He will get better offers as he develops as a player or there are some red flags UTEP is not seeing or ignoring. Don't he ever makes it campus, but hope I am wrong.
Every other play on his HUDL video looks like he could be called for holding. He will need a lot of coaching in regards to his technique, but he obviously has the size and decent feet to work with. He is coming in early and should have 3 years to develop(although it is now harder to project anything with college kids 3 years down the road).
