Not any year. Look at last year's schedule. No way did 12,000 fans travel to every road game.
The year before the Idaho Bowl had 18,000ish in attendance. Guess all their alums live East of the Mississippi then?

In stadium that seat almost 20,000 less than BYU. UTAH has never averaged more fans than BYU.
BYU has never averaged under 50,000 fans per game since their stadium was expanded several decades. The number of schools who can claim that is very small.

That's absolutely true. However, if BYU wasn't a Mormon school they would have been in power five decades ago. The Pac12 doesnt admit schools with religious affiliations. The Big 12 has flirted. The no play on Sunday is a huge road block. Also Baylor is dead set against BYU. They dont want any of Mormon institution.

Did you happen to notice where the majority of schools/conferences about to play ball are situated? Those are also the areas where cities opened up quickly...where people don’t seem to be very concerned about the virus...or there is at least less concern.
EP airport is dead. There are hardly any planes flying. It's so bad that the ghetto bird is flying non-stop day and night here
I’ve noticed EP has taken a more proactive approach to mitigating the virus, by comparison, so I’m not especially surprised about that. Good for EP.
