Who were they? Current McNeese St coach Sterling Gilbert is the only other name I heard.
I don't agree that UTEP's success over that period was due to cheating.
But I do believe that the NCAA probation put an end to it.
I didn’t say it was because of cheating. Just saying, I would be fine with cheating and getting probation to have a run like that.
I am all for second chances, but Briles had his in High School Football and he is still got caught trying to cheat the system.
It will just make the garbage on the field look brighter. Use the money towards Dismel's buyout.

If Senter tried to add LED lighting we would end up without any lights in the stadium for at least five years.
More importantly that people somehow forget, where does the money come from?
It would be an easy project to fund for most competent ad's. Unfortunately we have Jim Senter.
According to El Paso Times , Sun Bowl officials are working with lawmakers to draft a proposal to increase the city rental car tax to generate revenue and to stay nationally competitive. Currently, the tax is 5%, but officials want to increase it to 9%. If increased, the total taxes on a rental car from state and local sources would be close to 35%. Car rental companies and the El Paso Hotel and Motel Association oppose the increase since it could hurt local businesses and consumers.

UTEP has nothing to do with the Sun Bowl game.
The Sun Bowl is a bowl game in decline. There is nothing that can be done to push it up the ladder.
I bet you the Coronavirus is going to halt work and it won't be finished by September 5.

I know we’ve discussed tarping the upper east side section of the sun bowl but this is a better idea.
